This caravan is being sold for my elderly father and mother in law. It has stood unused for approx. 10 years in their garden. It comes with a porch awning and a full size awning.The general interior and upholstery is in excellent condition. It has a fridge, hob and grill, a heater, and a cassette toilet.Tyres were flat but we pumped them up a week ago and they have stayed up.There is no old damp visible on walls or furnishings. However, water does appear to be coming in from the rear light units which has made the rear wall wet. I think this is new as there is no mould or staining on the wall paper. See photos.
