Great caravanWe have used it a shelter/brew room for a small holding and the odd sleepoverIt will definitely need some tlc As it needs 3 new windows (or repair) New curtains (the front one replacing altogether)The gas heater needs a little looking at with the temp gauge Maybe a bit of damp work underneath the seating area boxes at the frontAll electrics and gas works fine, it will come with a small oven rhat i no longer Will suit someone who has the time or the parts to do it up to sell on or keep as its been well looked after, and been kept extremely clean!We have bought a newer caravan to suit our needs hence selling this one Please no timewasters, we would like it gone asap so will consider reasonable offers!
