It is in good usable condition, I fixed and serviced several issues. You can restore more or just use as is! These caravans were well-made, it shows its age but it really is in quite good condition inside and out, there is a bit of wear and tear, some corner damage from a seam leak during previous ownership, which I sealed (see all details below). Everything works otherwise.All interior lights work, and the leisure battery is in good condition. The cascade heats the water piping hot, there is a Whale pump, grey water tank and waste pipe, 40 litre Aquaroll and useful water filling pipe, hook up electric cable, and EU adapter. The toilet works okay, but the hatch sticks slightly so you have to really close it. The toilet tank also is usable but when carrying might drip when very full. Fluid flush function is fine. The bathroom is usable, taps work, theres a bit of wrinkling on the wallpaper. Also a pair of great levelling ramps, crank for the legs, Spirit Level, Spare Tyre. And a nice aluminium step.Running gear, hitch, tyres, handbrake, brake lights, indicators, exterior lights and hitch electric are in great condition. For about £500 I had everything serviced and excellent new tyres fitted in 2021, since then we have made 3 trips and a total of 6 weeks in the van. It tows beautifully. I also had the main front window properly secured which cost a lot as it was not holding onto its top…
