Come’s complete with electric plug in lead, water roll, waste water container all pipes and pumps 2 gas bottles, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms also has converter hook up for 2 plugs to 1 plug lead for towing if your vehicle has only the 1 pin multi socket. Plus some other bits, crockery & cooking bits etc. ( also an all weather full cover)We bought this van 4 years ago from a retired couple and have had many great holidays and breaks in it, only selling as we’ll probably not use it this summer ( now also being retired) and in fact we only used it once last year and its a shame for it to sit neglected under cover in the garden.This is a dry van with no evidence of damp, but some small marks considering its age only other issues are kitchen tap leaks and I managed to crack the front main window while on holiday in Exmoor I sealed it with clear gorilla tape, doesn’t leak or show , no condensation, never got round to getting a secondhand replacement window.
