Caravan, on site at Ellscott Park near Chichester, clean and useable, comes with step, gas bottle, water pump and container, electric lead, aerial, some paperwork and instructions. The shower room has had a leak and is only useable for the toilet, not showering, the water heater leaked and had been bypassed, taps deliver cold water only, gas heater and oven untested, hob fine, may need battery, needs waste water container, I have owned this for around 7 years, now have different caravan. Buyer needs to remove from site ASAP. Can inspect on site.
