Hot water heater and full running water facility using water pump in conjunction with water carrier (aqua roll with handle included).
Electric hookup cable (not included) and small leisure battery (included).
Wash room including shower. Toilet is a Thetford chemical cassette.
Very good condition for age and clean. Some blinds and window mechanisms need repair. Has had a partial rebuild to part of rear bumper by a previous owner.
Last serviced May 2018 and had 2 new tyres. Tows well (on both family estate car and pickup truck). All running gear in excellent condition. Selling as only been used once in 3 years. Private sale.
