This is a lovely caravan that I bought from a local couple 3 years ago and I understand that they had bought it from new in 1993 but I can’t ascertain this for sure. The caravan is sound and I would consider it to be in good condition for its age, internally it is in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean.The caravan comes with a lot of paperwork referring to various items e.g. Heater, fridge, toilet etc. I have never used the items in the caravan as it was towed to our address and then stayed where it was left – which is in the drive. It has only been used as an overflow bedroom once or twice and for storage of items I wanted to keep clean and dry. The caravan is 4 berth that uses the space occupied by seating arrangements to make up sleeping areas which are configured for 2 adults and a child and then a separate single. There is a toilet washbasin and I think a shower but I can’t be sure. There are cooking facilities with a hob and fridge. There is also a heater and plenty of cupboards and a wardrobe. The fittings inside are pine laminate and the seating is plush and soft pearl grey and pink seating.Please feel free to come and have a look at the caravan which is situated in Wells.
