Estimated year of manufacture 1998. Condition is fair for it’s age considering it is 20+ years old with a few scuffs and scrapes on bodywork.Inside is in fair condition, however a few of the drawers need some attention with some glue and fridge has been removed because it was unserviceable.Shower, toilet, sinks, lighting and cooker are all in working order from when last used.Kept inside for the last 6 years with present owner.
