****PLEASE READ THE WHOLE OF THE LISTING*****This caravan has provided us with 5 years of holidays but it has now reached the point where we have to let her go.The caravan has filly working electrics and is towable. The seating is in good condition and the fridge/freezer, oven, water heater and pump, grill and hob all work fine. There are two issues with the caravan hence why I am selling for spares or repairs. The caravan has a few patches of damp which have caused the wood to distort and buckle in a few places (as shown in the photos). When feeling the walls you can tell that damp has got in at the front of the caravan and on the left side. Secondly the shower taps in the bathroom leaked and they are currently unconnected (meaning that the water cannot be used until this is fixed). We do not know how to rectify these problems and so the caravan would make an ideal project for someone with this knowledge.There is NO RESERVE on this caravan. We are only asking for bids from genuine buyers. NO TIMEWASTERS!!
