Elldis Typhoon Xl 4 Berth Caravan up for sale.Originally bought to use as a spare sleeping space during covid. We’ve had it 3 years , its been parked on the drive the entire time, (shown in pics its up on its legs at the moment on blocks due to driveway not being flat, hence why 1 tyre is off lol) it will be back on its wheel before auction ends , ready to pull off the drive.Due to not touring with it, we took out the gas fire for safety, and replaced with en electric one. Cooker was left in and fridge as pictured. The cushions have been removed and replaced with a small double mattress, making it more fixed bed area. The bunk beds are still in place and can be erected, ladder is still with it. The loo works as it should, we removed the shower as had no use for it in the caravan. This is sold as needing work, repairs, spares , although its good to use for any extra sleeping space as it is, all blinds are in place and all the fly screens too.Ideal for a flat driveway for when grandkids stay over, or for a site Caravan for a security guard. Electrics all work with hook up , its how we use it here. We’ve not noticed any damp since we’ve had it, one blind does have old damp on it, was there when we bought it but its not active, and its not leaking etc…
