Hi, This auction is for an Elddis Typhoon GTX caravan 1996.It was purchased by my father about 4 or 5 years ago to use at his cottage to allow family to stay, it has therefore not been used very often and has never left the property. As he has now passed the caravan is surplus to requirements.The caravan has been covered in winter/bad weather and the interior is quite clean and presentable. There is a good clean working fridge freezer that runs on mains, gas and 12v. The oven hob and grill are of good quality and a gas fire and heating system and the usual hot water heater are fitted. There is a Thetford cassette toilet,shower and sink vanity unit and wardrobe in the end bathroom. The two small seats near the kitchen convert into a single bed or a fold out bunk bed. The main lounge seats convert into two singles or a large double. There is a service book/owners manual present.All sun-blinds, fly-screens and curtains appear to be working and a gas bottle is fitted.There is a working remote control motor-mover fitted to the caravan, which makes it easier to move around on site.PLEASE NOTE : As stated this caravan has been laid up for a few years and as such has not been recently serviced. It is sold as seen for spares/repairs and it is the new owners responsibility to have the appliances safety checked and the caravan safe for the road.A branch from a tree…
