Elddis typhoon ex300 4 birth caravan. In excellent condition all round. Has just completed a complete service to all equipment both mechanical and electrical inside and out. Everything working as it should. Just had new shower fitted, 3 brand new wheels just installed with new tyres all round including new spare wheel with new tyre, new wheel bearings all round, new brakes all round, new water filters, brand new jockey wheel at the front as can be seen from pics. Comes with a brand new cover recently brought. There is a brand new awning unused that was recently brought only a few weeks ago that is available for an agreed price and not included in this sell. I had no intention of selling this caravan hence the extortionate amount of money I have spent on it over the last few months all backed up with receipts. Unfortunately due to a neighbour complaint with regards to the public parking I’ve now been asked to remove it as requested by my landlord and have the letter to show this. It’s my pride and joy as your see when seeing the caravan at just how well it’s been maintained and serviced regardless of costs. No damp, no smells no leaks.
