This caravan requires work as water has entered the front panel causing rot to the areas shown in the photos. There is also a small amount near the toilet wall which requires a backing panel & refix the toilet. We have owned it about 7 years & had some great holidays. It comes with a porch awning, recent new leisure battery, recent wheels & tyres. I have the bunk bed available which would require fixing back in with screws. It has an Alco hitch & tows very well. The motor mover works as it should & makes life a lot easier.
