Great 4 berth caravan i believe it a 98/99 comes with awning in good condition for age ive owned it 4 years and been all over in it only selling as we are moving on to a motor home it has everything you need to pick up and go. all water tanks new water pump and waste tanks tv radio upgraded speakers toes great wheel bearings and brakes was done start of this season only bad point its there is two small repairs on the front corners from where the wind pushed my gate open onto it any question or for a viewing call 07940341697
