Our beautiful caravan is for sale!We’ve been living happily in this clean, dry, damp-free caravan for the last year. Having decided we like the lifestyle, we’re now upgrading and selling our old home.It’s been on a hard standing pitch all year and is currently on hard standing in secure storage in east Kent until 1st March, so the chassis etc is totally rust- and damp-free.Fridge freezer & electric hookups all work. Electric lights also work, apart from one (probably just needs a new bulb but we never got round to it!)Running water all works. Gas heater is not currently working (we use an electric oil heater), but the gas cooker and grill both work. There is some minor damage to the windows as is usual for a caravan of this age (1994), but everything is fully watertight. The blind on the rear window is a little hard to use but works ok; one of the drawers by the sofa area comes off its runners but works fine; none of the cushions have any stains or tears; the curtains are all in good condition (we are non smokers and don’t have any pets).Please note the external damage…
