Partially refurbished. Health problems forces sale. Had some great times in this caravan. Upholstery in very good condition. Converts to large double bed. New curtains and blinds. New rugs. Cooker great, fridge good. Electric fire. Remote control lights in dining area and living area. Dining area has wooden tongue and groove half way up. We removed bunk beds and dinette seats. We use it as dining room. Could easily fix a double bed, or two singles or new bunk beds whatever suits. We used a blow up double when there was more than two of us. This is also included. Kitchen has red tile splashback. Few spare tiles also included. Bathroom original sink had hole in it so put new bowl inside original all works great. There are extra two folding dining tables. One we drilled hole in and use for umbrella outside. Lots of storage. Extras included are aerial, waste master, main water carrier plus pump, two smaller water carriers, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, wheel lock. Gas bottle.One window needs repairing does not open, one small top cupboard does not open. Slight damp in dining room, needs looking at. Few marks outside age related.
