Elddis Sirocco
Crusader caravan. 1994 model. 4 berth.
Would make an excellent renovation
project or site caravan, or could be used for spares. I have not slept in it or
towed it myself. Has been used by builders
living on site so it does smell a bit musty/smoky and could do with a good
clean.
Features:
Kitchen area with fridge, sink, gas hob, oven and grill (gas
bottle not included in the auction), and pull out table.
Separate bedroom area that sleeps 2 which can be screened
off.
Living area that can sleep 2-3.
Separate bathroom including sink, toilet and shower.
Lots of storage cupboards.
Mains hook up and battery, lots of lights and electrical
sockets.
No obvious signs of damp.
Some awning covers (as shown in photo).
Spare wheel.
Decent looking speakers and car stereo (CD, auxiliary
input).
TV aerial with amplifier.
Known issues:
Interior: Broken wall mirror, some cupboard
doors are broken, grill doesn’t work (rest of cooker is fully operational). Some
blinds are a bit stiff.
Exterior (photos provided):
There are no keys with the caravan and
external door lock is missing but the caravan is ‘lockable’ with a work-around
as shown in the photo.
Towbar fixing lever has a large crack
on the side (see photo, unsure how this affects towing).
Front nearside corner has damage.
Cement spatter on nearside.
Two of the offside external covers /
caps are missing.
Unknown (as not used by us or our
builders):
We don’t know if the shower and toilet or speakers, car
stereo and TV aerial work.
