Elddis Shamel XL 1990.4 Berth Caravan.One owner from used has not been used for several years due to kids grown up and work commitments.Kitchen Area: Fridge,gas oven and hob, sink and drainer with fold up work tops.The sofas easily convert into a huge double bed or can be left single there is a removable set of draws between and storage below and above seating.Seats at far end convert into bunk beds when not in use there is a small table with storage above and below. Storage bracket has come away from wall which will need a small repair this does not effect the use of the fold up bed. (Please see photo).There is a T.V aerial socket & Power points.Shower/Toilet room with toilet cassette,wall cabinet, basin & mirror small crack around basin does not affect use, large table stored on wall which slides onto draws when need.There is a wardrobe with hanging rail, mirror next to shower room under wardrobe there is a gas fire.We have only used electric hook ups, if you wish to camp with no hook ups you would need to purchase anew battery.Gas fire was working when last used but would advise checking before use.There are also insect & sun blinds fitted.Please note the age of the caravan there are scratches, marks and dents to the outside of the caravan which are to be expected inside small section of damp at front of caravan by curtain which does not affect the caravan at all.Skylight above kitchen sink…
