This our old 4 berth caravan that we have owned for 4 years.The layout is a front lounge that converts to a large double bed, and at the rear is a transverse bed with a bunk, ideal for children.There is a kitchen with gas cooker and hob, a fridge that only works on 12v/240v and a sink.There is a separate shower/wc that we have never used as we always used campsite facilities.There are fly screens and blackout blinds all round, however some of the handles have cracked over the years but still function (please see pics)/The brake shoes were replaced last year and the tyres are only 3 years old.The near side of the van has lots of tiny dents in, was told by the previous owner it was due to a hailstorm.Leisure battery included.The front middle window has a crack on the inner pane and does not leak.Please bear in mind that this van is 22 years old and subsequently would benefit from a little TLC.Motor mover fitted not tested.There is also an all weather awning available separately.Located 5 mins J30 M5
