Great project for someone with some time. I have had this van for 10 years and taken my family away several times each year please see pics of this holiday in pembrokeshire. I have had it serviced every year and have records for this. you will just be buying van and awning. Last year there was a lot of damp, i dried the van out and replaced all bottom sills with pressure treated wood as well as 2 internal walls and numerous struts and fixed spongy floor i then wall papered the van. There is 2 areas of damp at the back where i replaced the struts (wet no rot) so if you can dry this and prevent water coming in it will be fine i can show you the areas and where it is coming in. You will also need to reseal the main sky light and front rail. The main front window will need replacing the 2 small fronte windows are delaminating but functional, I replaced many of the window stays. Cooker fine, but grill needs securing, fridge fine on gas and electric, awning has been attacked by mice but had this professionsaly patched. some of poles need attention but work fine ( springy things gone) bathroom needs some attentio with araldite. Backs of cusions need replacing but foam fine. There is a tear in skirt of awning which needs glueing. There is no hot water heater if you need hot water…
