Elddis shamal xl 4 berth 1992Good Condition for age, comes with aqua roll, grey waste container, two water pumps, hose for mains water connection, long power lead and gas bottle. It also has a porch awning which I have never used or taken out of bag so do not know what condition it is in.Everything is working as it should, had new tyres and leisure battery last year.The caravan is in good condition but does show signs of wear as you would expect from a 1992 caravan.The bad points, There is no damp, however the previous owner had a minor leak repaired around front windows and this is still dry. They recovered around window with a fablon type material which is bubbling and coming away(see picture) this is purely cosmetic and there is still a roll of it if you wanted to recover. The panel by the side of the sink has also bubbled(see picture)There is a crack in the shower tray(see picture) we have never used the shower but it may be possible to repair it.I have more pictures I can send to you, can only put 12 on listing.Please message me with any questions and viewing welcomed.PayPal or cash on collection.
