This caravan has not had much use which you can see from some of the photos , The seats are like new , not been sat in much . All the gas appliances are working. Electrics are in good condition, also been upgraded to led lights in the interior . Exterior condition is good .The caravan has alloy wheels . It comes complete and ready for use . Electric hook up lead , two aqua rolls . Waste water container . Two water pumps for the aqua rolls .And a large new gas bottle . CD player , microwave . This van does need a little tlc . There are a few faults with this van which need to be done . The centre front window has a crack on the interior perspex this is a flat piece of plastic ,it is separated from the external pain ready to fix . Also the battery is not holding its charge so needs replacing. The new owner might want to replace with lithium ? . There has been two leaks in the roof which have been re sealed outside one above the toilet ,other one in the rear cupboard next to the shower .There is no rot in the van it feels quite solid.
