Thanks for looking at this Elddis Odyssey 4 berth fixed bed touring caravan.
All Appliances have been run up and work. No evidence of damp or soft floors. Upholstery is in very good condition, certainly no pets or smokers.
Good size day beds to the front, ideal as single beds, or with minimal fuss readily converts into a lovely double bed.
Practical kitchen with oudles of storage space. Full size oven, Fridge, Sink and drainer with mixer taps.
Double wardrobe opposite the kitchen area.
End bedroom with fixed double bed (new mattress topper), Vanity unit with sink, base unit and mirror. End Toilet/Shower room.
2 issues I will mention, The previous owner has removed the sliding partition between the bedroom. The other thing I’ll mention, the front long day beds although in good condition, one part of the seating doesn’t match the rest of the upholstery so I’ve put 2 new throws over the seating as shown in the pics.
This is the reason for a low reserve
