We have owned this Caravan for 6 years, but during this time we have only used it about 10 times. It is in nice condition and has never leaked and so therefore no damp patches and the cushions have always been taken into our house over the Winter months. The Cooker works and has hardly been used, The fridge has a top freezer compartment and all works well. Hot Water and Heating system works. Shower works, but has never been used. The toilet is a Cassette. It has a Radio. One Gas Cylinder with some gas in it. (Not sure how much). Electric Hook Up Lead. Lock Ball Hitch.PLEASE NOTE:- When we bought it six years ago it had an Insurance Claim on it, through being in a ‘Hail Storm’ (few little dents in the roof), and the previous owners, as it was in a perfect Caravan before the storm, made an Insurance claim and they were given a new Caravan and hence sold this one. If we didn’t tell you, you probably wouldn’t actually see the dents, But please come and look for yourself. There is No Buy it now price so people have a chance to come and see it. We are close to Junction 28 off the M5
