Hi and thanks for looking at my caravan.As you can see from the photos, I will say the caravan for a 2001 model is in excellent condition. There are absolutely no signs of damp in the caravan and the floor is completely solid.There is also no nasty smells ie smokers, pets or damp and all the soft furnishings are in excellent condition.The caravans weights and dimensions are as follows – unlaidened weight is 1045 KG and fully laidenned is 1300 KG. The overall shipping length is 21 foot 5 inches and the width is 7 foot 1 inch.The caravan also comes supplied with the following items:Porch AwningGas Bottle and BatteryWheel ClampWinterhoff StabiliserMains LeadAqua Roll and Waste MasterStepI also have all the paper work including the CRIS document and 2 sets of keysYou are more than welcome to view the caravan.
