our lovely caravan for reluctant sale due to ill health, comes with blown gas and electric heating, hot and cold water, including cassette toilet and aqua roll, all electric hook up cables and gas bottle, full awning with ground sheet, fly screens and blinds on all windows with drop down window, removable carpets for easy cleaning, access steps, braces for stabilizers (which have foot pads), this has been a non smoking caravan and is very clean.
