First time caravan in need of some tlc to bring it up to its best. The van is a single axle, 2 berth with end bathroom and central kitchen. There is a shower with cassette toilet (empties from outside – lockable) and separate bathroom/dressing room with hand basin. Hot water is from 240v or gas, with lighting also on 12v, controlled by Zig – leisure battery included (accessed from outside – lockable). Three reinforced caravan tyres fitted with plenty of tread.
Space heating by gas though we’ve used a mains heater (plenty of 240v sockets). Kitchen has a fridge/icebox (240v or gas) gas cooker/grill and 3 ring hob and an enamel sink/drainer with chopping surface over.
Huge double bed with storage under and over – curtains and blinds all round.

Porch awning and a full-size awning, both complete with pegs and curtains for the full-size. Spare wheel/tyre (never used). Wheel trims. Wheel-lock. Hitch-lock. Locking wheel-nuts. Two gas bottles (one full). Waste water tank, fresh water tank. Leisure battery. Lots of other small sundries such as spare water filter cartridge/kitchen things/Bloo/rinser/door step/corner-steady winder etc.
Work done:
The van has had the floor checked for de-lamination and fixed where suspect. Outside seals have been checked and re-sealed as necessary. All plastic guttertrim replaced last year with new.

This is a 1993 van and is looking a little tired from age but could come up looking gorgeous with a little work. There is some age-cracking to fibreglass corners, a crack in the gas locker lid and some dings here and there to the…
