Dry stored till then.I bought this van in January 2018Brakes & Lights are working,it has good tires & a spare.It tow’s lovely and inside condition is spot on.We stripped it out and deep cleaned it.Re-upholstered the seats (Beds )New Carpets and curtains.Ensured every thing was working.It comes with a wall hung Television.It has a carver water filter (some spare filters and a spare pump)The water is heated by a cascade rapid water heater.I use the site electricity and the immersion with the electric hookup but it also works on the gas bottle.It has a Electrolux fridgeThe Stoves Cooker and oven is in very good conditionThe bathroom has a Thetford Cassette Toilet and a separate shower.This is a great start out caravan. It has 2 single beds or a double bed.A central kitchen with all your essentials.Plus a rear bathroom equipped with a separate toilet and shower.Smoke Alarm & Carbon Monoxide Alarm fitted.Socket and mounting bracket for nextbase dashcam in rear window.INCLUDEDStarline 300 air awning (£375.00 new 2018)2 Electric hook ups one for site and one for home.Aqua roll fresh water carrier & 2 waste water containers.Gas Bottle, leveling wedge + spirit level.Ground sheet & ground sheet cover.Wheel Lock. I might as well throw in the driving mirrors.Note. the photograph of the awning is a downloaded image of the make and model.In the distant past it has had a knock on the front offside and the repair is visible.And the usual crazing cracks around the rear…
