For sale our beautiful Elddis GulfStream Caravan 4 Birth with a Full Fixed Double Bed and kids bunks! We are reluctant to sale but have recently purchased a campervan so our lovely little caravan will get little to no use this summer. We carefully restored this caravan during lockdown. Ripped out the old brown interior (was a 2 birth) insulated and fitted a full fixed double bed with a real mattress (luxury!) and address two bunks for our kids underneath.Interior had full paint job (white and kitchen had a revamp with subway style tiling. We were due to restore the bathroom next, but as you will see from the photos painted it but never did quite get around to finishing this part.As far as I am aware the toilet and shower work, but we have never used as we have always stayed on sites with a shower and toilet block, so it is sold with these in tested. The kitchen sink also needs re plumbing (tap) but the waste works we used bottled water here. All lights work 12v and 240v with mains hook up wires.Comes with an awning which costs £700 on its own!Needs a new lesuire battery. Handbrake and lightboard works. Let me know if you have any other questions!Comes with caravan cover for winter storage (again cost us £400)Can view in Barnstaple North Devon.Location EX32 Happy bidding!
