I have owned this for the past 8 years and it has only been used as a home office and for storage. It does come with an awning plus gas bottle and hook up. It does have signs of damp as you would expect plus floor is spoongy in places. I am listing this as spares or repairs. The near side side window has a crack as shown in photo. We are located in Marlpool, Heanor De75 7BY.I beleave this to be a 1992 model. This is sold as seen as I have never towed it on the road. It could be a good project if you have the time.
