Hi this is a 4 berth caravan in good condition its a dry van the floors are factory and no soft bitsAll walls are solid it has a king size bed to the front and a single or bunk beds to the sideit has a rear kitchen with 4 rings oven and grill it has blown air heating system on gas or electric hot water on electric or gas fridge gas electric 12 volt and has a shower(shower only used 3 times in its lifeit has a picture window in the lounge areaI have owned this caravan for 4 years and my brother brought it newthe awning can be brought as an extra for £350 as its a full awning and a all season one costing me £1200 a couple years ago if caravan makes £1200 will included it free the center front window has a crack but this is below the seal so does not leak been like it past 3 years after someone broke into it at the same time all cushions were replaced and the bunk beds cushions brought new for over £1000 as they were nicked at the same time(homeless person) it did have damp a few years ago but sealed and all new wood at front with new wall board now stronger then new so will out last caravanHave paperwork from new in my brothers name also cris reg in his name Never been stolen or accident damaged only selling as getting twin wheel 26 ftcollection only cash…
