2 Berth caravan in very good condition. Dry, clean and tidy. This has been owned in our family since new in 2001. All books present and two sets of keys with remote fobs for the alarm and awning light.The caravan is of high specification with a separate large 3 way fridge and freezer above. There is a 4 burner hob with grill and Oven. Blown air heating and Hot water system. All work as they should on Gas and Electric. The bathroom is at the rear corner and is fitted with a shower, though we have never used the shower, only the wash basin. Full Cassette WC. The front of the caravan has two 6ft seats that make up in to a large double bed.The caravan is fitted with a motor mover and alarm system. 6kg Propane bottle and leisure battery included. It has a Winterhoff Stabiliser tow hitch, rear leg locks and a spare wheel.The caravan comes with a Sony CD/Radio with Aux socket. Status TV Aerial. The caravan has removable fitted carpets.I will include the awning in the sale. This is functional but may lack cosmetic finesse.
