Good clean caravan. Just been away with no problem at all, recent new tyres and brakes, motor mover, 1 new spare wheel with tyre, There’s a 3/4 awning and a porch awning with it, 1 full gas bottle, water and waste barrel and pump, there’s a few scrapes on the passenger side from the last owner but doesn’t affect anything, there’s a invertor under the seats for off grid sites, not damp.
