This is a caravan we bought for use as a break room at my firewood business, where I had no facilities. It has had mats on the floor, and was stored undercover. No longer needed due to change in business.It is a decent size for a two berth, with usual cooker/grill/gas hob, fridge freezer, shower etc. I never connected it to 240v as there was no power, used the 12v lights 2 years ago at a show and worked fine.I can find no signs of damp, all windows seal, as do roof lights, bathroom roof hatch is screwed shut due to hinges having snapped, Caravan seems to be in good condition, lights external work, towed it 300 miles two weeks ago to a show and back with no issues, front hitch plastic cover is broken but stays in place!Please note:Gas fridge worked up until three weeks ago then wouldn’t ignite, was getting more difficult to light, I would say it is an issue on the igniter as I can’t see a spark.Unable to verify if water works, including hot water, as I never used it,Same with electric circuits, I have no reason to believe they don’t work, but are untestedCooker and grill worked on has, but the big ring needs cleaning as doesn’t fully ignite.It has motor movers attached but can’t find the controllers!Age unknownCan be viewed Tuesdays, Thursday or Saturday 8-5 by prior arrangementTHERE IS NO BUY IT NOW, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINE ASKINGOverall this is a caravan…
