I am selling on behalf of a close friend, a 1996 Elddis Elf 2 berth lightweight caravan. I have my own twin axle van and have been asked to sell this due to a bereavement. As I know about caravans I agreed to take a look and what a cracking van this is! It’s been on my drive for 2 weeks in this pouring rain and there is not a bit of damp anywhere. I wanted to be sure before advertising it. I even put some moisture tubs in there and they are bone dry! It comes with a gas bottle, electric cable, step, water pump, cooker, fridge, shower, hot and cold water, blown heating and everything works! It really is a delightful little van and weighing next to nothing it can be towed by almost anything! I have been all over this caravan to look for imperfections. There is a crack on the rear plastic trim, a dent on the inside surface (pictured) some crackling to the front panel but be reassured this is cosmetic only. I have put in a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher just for someone’s peace of mind. Now this is a 90’s van and for those of us that know, these vans were made to last and this one is no exception! It has two Goodyear tyres in excellent condition with plenty of tread. I have also put a new locker box lock on as the old one looked tatty. I was going to just give this…
