We have owned this caravan for approximately 15 years and now decided to give up caravanning , the unit is fully functional and is currently kept at a farm in Ilfracombe (Mullatcott Farm ) which has lovely views . The storage fees are currently £ 450 per year and are paid up to Feb 2024 . The new owner will have to either take the unit away on the day of sale or agree to take the storage fees on the day of the sale . Inside has been kept clean and tidy. We are in the area from the 31st October until the 10th so if any body is interested I can show them around .The unit comes with warm air heater, hot and cold water, shower, fridge , oven and a cassette toilet . The van will also come with its Isabella awning .
