Microwave, proper sink in kitchen, extractor fan, cocktail cabinet with lights.Duck board and spot lights in shower.Upholstery is in very good condition.Free standing table.Water heater works on both gas and electric.Spot lights in lounge area. Radio Cassette player with speakersAwning light.Full length fly screen on access door,Fly screen on all windows.Useful exterior cupboard with removable shelves and coat hooks (see photo).
