1997 crown regent.Fantastic starter van, light weight…mtplm = 1060kg miro = 850kg so great if you passed your test after Jan 1997 & weight is an issue! 5 birth, large double to the front & double with bunk above to the rear ( or just double/ just bunk) Hot & cold water to kitchen & shower room, hot water provided via Carver water heater.Shower, basin & Thetford cassette toilet. Sink/ drainer, hob, grill & oven. Stereo/CD player, tv bracket for flat screen tv. Gas heater & fridge. Everything working as it should. There’s a springy section of floor, this is not due to water ingress, but due to delamination. This has never changed in 7yrs of ownership. The van is dry with no damp/ mouldy areas. Outside is in good shape for age, with the usual age related marks & dings expected. There’s a bit of damage to the awning rail to the rear of the van, this was like it when we bought it & dosent affect use. Tyres are good & when not in use always parked on tyre savers. I have 2 awnings ( up to you which one you have) the awning in pics is a steel framed Apache, this stands up to any weather thrown at it! We had this on a seasonal pitch & it withstood some really harsh conditions where new awnings came down!! There’s a repair to the roof but this is water tight & has been there since we’ve owned the van….
