2008 Elddis Avante Club 505, with **WATER INGRESS**Unladen weight 1312KG Maximum weight 1500KG Overall length 22.7ft Internal 17ft A touring caravan with 5 berths, a lounge that converts to a double bed at the front and a dinette/lounge area at the back that converts to a double bed with a single bunk above the double, this area can be screened off to create a separate bedroom from the rest of the caravan. There’s a centre kitchen with gas hob, oven and grill, sink, fridge freezer and plenty of storage space. Opposite is bathroom/toiletThis caravan has some water ingress in the rear and front left hand side. the join between the roof panels has failed allowing water in. I have repaired it temporarily. I believe it to be an easy repair for someone that knows what they’re doing, apart from this, it is in good working order and condition. The heating system and the hot water system are all good as is the oven and the hob. Another example of this model is going for £7,500 on auto trader so this could be a real bargain with a bit of work. Please look at the pictures before bidding.
