Hello and welcome to the sale of our 2004 Elddis Avante 534 4 berth caravan we have had this now for just under 5 years and it has served us very well it is a fixed bed modelWhich is brilliant also sleep 2 singles or a king size double at the front it’s fully equipped with blown air heating 3 way fridge freezer and everything else you would expect from a caravan of this year also comes with full awning and porch awning in good condition with no rips or tears 40l water roller waste water tank mains hook up cable various water pipes and wheel chocks and stands and inside it’s fully equipped with cutlery and crockery and pretty much everything you need to hook up and go caravanning As for any caravan of this age it has general wear and tear please bear in mind it’s not new and has some areas which will need attentionThe front windows have been screwed shut due to previous window replacement (comes with replacement windows which need fitting) there has been previous damp in the front around window areas which was repaired when windows were changed from the outside It smells clean inside and no damp smell The caravan is solid all floors are good and sturdy all items work as they should The leisure battery whilst less than 2 years old is not the best we charge it before each use and it…
