This 4 berth Elddis Avante 524 is in great clean condition.
It has a very popular layout with 2 singles or a ‘pull out’
double in the front of the caravan, the dinette in the midsection of the
caravan can be transformed into bunk beds. In the rear of the caravan there is
a very spacious end bathroom has a Thetford cassette, a separate large
‘walk-in’ shower cubicle, sink, bathroom cabinet, wardrobe and mirror.
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with
large panoramic windows, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest
of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll
out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into
the roof of the lounge is a roof light – this gives the lounge a light and airy
feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. There are 2 TV points.
There is a very practical wood effect vinyl flooring.
The 2 seater dinette, can be converted into 2 sturdy bunks. There is a privacy curtain that can be drawn
around the bunks when they are in use.
