Due to down sizing we are selling our Elddis special addition caravan. This has everything you need to start your family caravan adventures. The caravan comprises of a main seating area with free standing table, also has a 2 seater area with small slide in table, both can be stored away neatly, see pic, the main seating area converts into a comfortable double bed, whilst the 2 seating area converts into a single or bunk beds, it has a built in cd, radio player, and fly screen at door.The kitchen area includes a full sized cooker with oven, grill and 4 rings; microwave; fridge and decent sized sink. At the rear is the separate bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.There is plenty of storage throughout, heating and extractor fan. Including in the sale is two water barrels, waste barrel, electrical leads and a massive awning that effectively doubles the living area space. Everything you need for the open road! Sadly it does have some damp at the front window and in the bathroom over the toilet. I am sure this can be repaired, please see all the pics. Its a good clean, leak free comfortable caravan with everything you need and ready to be used, please no time wasters, what you see is what you get.
