This auction is for an Elddis Alfresco 470/4 caravan built in 1997. It is being relisted due to the winning bidder from the North asking me to store it for 3 weeks before collecting and paying, then cancelled coming to collect and complete the purchase!It is in great overall condition. The inside shows minimal wear and everything works as it should that I know of. A friend of mine had some old caravans on his land and I was able to take a few things to replace anything that wasn’t working correctly or was broken which was minimal anyway. It really looks to have been looked after in it’s time. Even all the booklets and owner’s handbook and present in an Elddis booklet holder complete with receipts back to the first owner.It has seating for 4 at the front that converts to a long double size bed. On one side of the caravan there is the gas heater then kitchen area with 4 ring hob and glass cover, grill, oven, sink with drainer, hot and cold taps, 3 way fridge, worktops and storage. The other side has seating at a removable table with storage over and under that converts into 2 bunks. To the rear through a door is a central basin with storage under, a walk in shower to one side…
