This by no means an immaculate caravan. There are signs of wear and tear. The floor has been professionally injected. The cooker works fine along with blow heater,Water pump hot and cold water. There is a little damp at the back of the van which could be repaired by someone who knows what they are doing. It was like this when we bought it 2 years ago and hasn’t got any worse. It could also be used for spares. There is no awning with it as it was damaged during recent storms.
