Elddis Avante 524 4 Berth Caravan
‘Sir Howard Cream’ is a 2002 4 Birth Caravan with a
retro vibe! He is a lightweight four birth (only 1100kg MRO) so easy to tow. He
is in lovely condition for the year. Sad
to see the van go but our children have outgrown family caravan holidays!
The van is very light and airy inside and has lots of
extra features, such as;
Solar Power – addition to
240v hook-up and 12 volt battery.
Three brand new tyres with high load rating (Summer ’24).
‘Motor mover’ with remote control.
Brand new (Summer ’24) Alko 3500 towbar stabilizer which has only
been used twice, so he stays really planted on the road whilst towing.
Brand new (summer ’24) extra 4.5kg gas bottle (never
used) plus the existing gas bottle.
Brake and electrics service in summer 2024 (stamped in
book) and the previous owners last serviced him in 2022 (receipt also present
in book).
We have also added some extra bits such as retro
curtains fitted up front and around the bunk bed area, mood lighting (battery powered), along
with some seventies wallpaper giving it a ‘surfy’ feel – for a
caravan at least!
Also has JVC stereo CD player (working) and TV with flexible
mounted bracket (cannot verify whether TV works as never used).
