Really nice condition for its age. This van is dry, the floor is solid, no spongy bits,fully working cassette toilet, gas hob and cooker, gas heater 3 way fridge, mains or battery lights and socketsWater heater stopped working so professionally bypassed so cold water from all taps, boil the kettle for hot water or source a replacement. Never bothered us.Tows really well being a light van, tyres and brakes excellent.one window strut broken all other windows work.
