Elddis caravan 1995. In good condition for its age. King size bed can sleep 3 and dining area turns into bunkbeds.I decorated it this year but needs some finishing touches which I will leave the tins of paint.3 hob cooker and oven works perfectly.Fridge doesn’t seem to be cooling.Shower room with cassette toilet and pull down sink. No head on shower.Ive never tried to use the water/shower.Few minor things:I removed the gas fire and made into storage cupboard.The lock on door doesn’t turn so padlock and key will be left. One of the cupboard doors need to be hinged back on. I’ve replaced it with plaque as seen in pictures. One side window is faulty but no leaks.All other windows are good.The floor is a bit spongy by cooking area and seating area, no damage on the chassis.Has fitted blinds and fly nets.Cushions in lovely,clean condition.Not sure if power works on battery as always used on electric hook up . Battery will be left so you can try, also when you come to collect and want to see electric working please bring hook up with plug attatched so it can be plugged into mains.Mine got stolen so haven’t got one. Will come with empty gas bottle, water canister,steps,paint, tow bar lock,sleeping bags and a few other starter bits i.e. Kettle and toaster. Outside has a few minor marks/dents. Needs a wash down on roof. £100 deposit due to time wasters and the other amount cash on collection. Any questions please message meCollection Kent TN12
