Classic Elddis WhirlwindOur beautiful Whirlwind needs a new home and a bit of TLC.The caravan is 100% ready to use and roadworthy, chassis is solid and all electrics are working. It has been to 3 festivals this year and has been a real home from home.So what are you getting??-2 berth – front lounge easily coverts into a spacious comfy bed.- Super lightweight caravan – about 750kg – I’ve towed it with a 1.2 litre Vauxhall Astra.-3 way Electrolux fridge freezer – which works great. Even in 30 degree heat last month at a festival I was having ice in my pimms all weekend long.-Twin gas hob and grill.-Leisure battery – massive capacity – powered everything in the caravan and charged our phones for a week at Glastonbury festival without the need to recharge.- flushing portaloo.- Awning- fully working 240v electric hook up – the caravan has 2 plug sockets and included is a 12v socket which clips on to the battery.- 2 sinks – in the bathroom and kitchen with taps – electric pumps work fine though the foot switch in kitchen area needs replacing as it has broken off.- 5 interior 12v lights – 2 on ceiling, 2 on the walls and 1 in the bathroom. There is also a gas light though I have never used it.- Lots of storage – 10 cupboards, a wardrobe, bathroom cabinet and storage under both lounge seats.- spare wheel – all wheels have great tyres with lots or tread.- carbon dioxide…
