Hi I am selling my 2004 Elddis Crusader Scirocco. It’s a lovely clean van with plenty of life in it and it comes with a seasonal pitch at a site called Pentire which is near Bude in north Cornwall. There is too much to list do I have kept it quite simple.The positivesEverything works as it should Comes with everything needed expect bedding. Comes with a pitch all paid until the 31st of December and can be used up until then.Water and electric have been paidHas a porch awning set up for the summer with a bedroom pod if needed (not currently up)Has been serviced earlier this year.No damp was found during service.It’s ready to go for the summer holidays!The negatives (not many) The front centre window double glazing has separated slightly this does not affect the integrity of the window but means u get some condensation between the glass this could be rectified if the potential buy want to do so but isn’t a show stopper.One of the blinds is broken again not a show stopper You still have curtains.One thing to note the potential buy will need sign the campsites terms and conditions if they want to keep it on the seasonal pitch.I am selling as…
