We are selling a 1996 Elddis caravan which we started to up-cycle but have been unable to complete due to pregnancy and illness. We inherited this from my granddad, who used the caravan on one site in North Yorkshire for many years. Please see photos for condition – I have painted all doors, which need rehanging. I will include all of the paint for walls (white), woodwork (see pics – taupe) and ceiling (white) in the sale. I removed and disposed of the bunk, partition wall to the bedroom and shower. Caravan is fully stripped and ready for someone to do as a project. Caravan will now sleep 2 people in the front (living area) and 2 people in the bedroom area. Everything in images is included. Sink with tap, hob to be used with gas. Fridge. The caravan is currently in storage in Whitby, YO21 3SR. Caravan will need to be moved from this site by the buyer. We do not know the condition for travelling, and have not toured it for many years. It is brought in and out of storage fine but has not been on the road for a while. I do not know the date of the last MOT but suspect it may have been 5+ years ago. It was last used for a holiday in summer 2021, but we have not used it since. Floor a bit soft in places so may need looking at. A great project and blank slate. We currently live 2 hours…
